Artbreeder is a generative platform centered on image fusion and evolution via an intuitive slider interface: each slider adjusts a latent dimension in a GAN neural network, allowing exploration of faces, landscapes or creatures progressively and visually. The free plan allocates 10 credits per month and limits creations to public mode (visible to the community). Paid plans unlock private mode, high-resolution downloads, commercial licenses and a monthly credit allocation (100 for Starter at $8.99/month, 275 for Advanced at $18.99/month, 700 for Champion at $38.99/month). Users can save 20% by opting for annual billing.
Artbreeder does not offer a French interface and remains English only. The platform's main appeal lies in its different approach to image generation: rather than typing complex text prompts, you explore a latent image space by moving sliders, which suits a certain form of exploratory creativity. The main drawback is the very distinctive style of Artbreeder's GAN model, which produces sometimes 'smoothed' or stylized rendering: if you need realistic rendering or pixel-perfect control, classic text-to-image generators (Stable Diffusion, DALL-E) will be more appropriate.

Not for you if you need granular text-to-image control or need to generate many images on a low budget: Artbreeder's GAN model produces a particular rendering that does not suit all styles, and free credit allocations are very limited.
