Cin7

Stock and operations platform for multichannel brands and distributors at high volume, with EDI, 3PL, and 700+ integrations

Inventory management

Overview

Cin7 is a stock and operations platform for multichannel brands and distributors handling large volumes. It covers multi-warehouse stock, purchasing, order picking, component planning, EDI, and 3PL flows. The offering splits into two products: Cin7 Core, charged as a flat fee, and Cin7 Omni, on request. Core pricing is posted in dollars net: Standard at $349/month with 5 users, 6,000 sales orders per year, and 2 e-commerce integrations; Pro at $599/month with 10 users, 24,000 orders, and 4 integrations including component planning; Advanced at $1,199/month with 15 users, 120,000 orders, 6 integrations, and advanced warehouse management. Cin7 Omni includes 8 users and 5 integrations, priced on request.

The interface and support are English-only, with no French version, and the editor is from New Zealand: French localization, from legal notices to document templates and VAT, requires configuration work. The catalog tops 700 integrations, including Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Amazon, eBay, and Walmart on sales, QuickBooks Online, Xero, and Avalara on accounting and tax, ShipStation, EasyPost, and Starshipit on shipping, plus EDI and 3PL connectors; PrestaShop and Cdiscount are not featured. A v2 documented API is available for developers. Multi-warehouse is unlimited on all plans and barcode is native. The constraint is twofold: the $349/month entry price targets established companies, and the number of e-commerce integrations included is metered, each extra channel billed as an option.

Our verdict

Best for multichannel brands and distributors exceeding thousands of orders annually who need EDI, 3PL, and multiple warehouses. Not for you if you are an SME or startup: the $349/month entry, no French interface, and deployment heaviness are out of proportion to the need.

What drives the bill up
