Kinaxis

Kinaxis Maestro (formerly RapidResponse) is an AI-driven supply chain orchestration platform using autonomous agents. It unifies demand planning, supply planning, production scheduling, and inventory in a single collaborative system. Maestro integrates predictive, generative, and agentic AI to analyze demand variations, bottlenecks, supplier risks, and propose optimization scenarios in near real-time. Kinaxis also launched Maestro Agent Studio, enabling supply chain teams to build custom AI agents (e.g., sourcing agents, inventory optimization agents). Kinaxis targets multinationals and large enterprises orchestrating complex supply chain networks.

Kinaxis Maestro is not available in French. Pricing is not published: all contracts are negotiated with the sales team based on organization size and required modules. An API enables integration with ERPs and third-party systems. The tool is positioned for large organizations (Fortune 500) and is not suited to SMEs: the learning curve is steep, implementations span years, and teams must be seasoned in supply chain and data management. For an SME, lighter, cheaper solutions (e.g., Oracle, SAP) are more proportionate.
