Woebot
Mental health chatbot based on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) for enterprises and health systems
Overview
Woebot was a conversational chatbot specialized in mental health and emotional well-being, based on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) principles. The application previously offered guided conversations, mood tracking and emotional support, accessible via a mobile app for individual users at ~$39-49/month. However, the Woebot consumer application was withdrawn from circulation in June 2025. Since then, Woebot is pivoting toward an exclusively B2B and B2G (business-to-government) model, where the platform is integrated directly into enterprise and government mental health systems. Access is now only through institutional contracts with no public pricing displayed.
Woebot does not offer a French interface: the product remains English-only. The B2B enterprise model does not publish public pricing; customers must request a quote after a use-case fit demonstration. FHIR API and standard EHR integrations enable integration into existing health ecosystems. Major limitations include: impossibility of access for isolated SME (institutional contracts only), no consumer public option since June 2025, and transition toward a pricing black box that makes comparisons difficult. Woebot is therefore no longer an ordinary SaaS option but an enterprise contract solution.
Our verdict
Best for health institutions, government agencies or large enterprises with a need for TCC chatbot integrated into their mental health infrastructure and having enterprise budget. Not for any SME or freelancer: the consumer application no longer exists, and institutional access is reserved for enterprise contracts with no public pricing.
