The platform has become the standard for support and sales teams thanks to 250+ native integrations. In 2026, Aircall is pushing hard on AI with its AI Voice Agents (per-minute autonomous agents), AI Assist (real-time agent help), and AI Messaging Agents for omnichannel support.
The base plan (Essentials at €30/licence/month, three-licence minimum) covers the essentials; both paid plans include 50 AI voice agent minutes per account per month, with the full AI Assist feature set reserved for the Professional plan. Autonomous voice agents come in minute bundles (500, 2,500, 10,000+ min). Aircall recently completed its first acquisitions to accelerate its AI roadmap.

What drives the bill up
Deux lignes en petits caractères font le vrai prix. Le minimum de 3 licences d'abord : le plan Essentials à 30 € ne s'achète pas à l'unité, la facture plancher est de 90 € par mois. Les communications ensuite : le plan Essentials plafonne les appels sortants nationaux à 1 000 minutes par utilisateur et par mois, au-delà desquelles la consommation s'ajoute à l'abonnement. Les prix affichés le sont en paiement annuel, avec 25 % d'économie annoncée par rapport au mensuel.
